Kering recognized that the strength, longevity and engagement of these relationships could be enhanced by digital and looked to AWAKE to craft a digital experience that could strengthen the relationship between consumers and the world-renowned luxury brands the group owns.
AWAKE saw a hotbed of opportunity to create an experience that paired some of the biggest advances in digital with the core elements of maintaining the sales associate to client relationship. Looking to pair digital with the core of how SA’s build and manage their relationships with clients, we began development of Luce — an application for SA’s to communicate with clients, connect clients with products to love and manage their clienteling tasks.
Efficiently bringing together all the tools SA’s need for clienteling, Luce has become a staple in the workflows of SA’s working at Gucci, Yves St Laurent, and other Kering brand locations across the globe.
