Your Responsibilities

Participate in ideation and lead conceptual development.
Translate client’s business requirements, goals & needs, and technical constraints into designs that are visually exciting, easy to use, and emotionally engaging.
Craft flow, visual designs, and quick prototypes that effectively communicate product function and brand identity, including the design and production of screen layouts, color palettes, typography, user interface elements, and icons.
Design motion graphics and animation effects.
Help produce and lead the junior team members in design specifications and production-ready storyboards, scenarios, and design prototypes.
Successfully communicate conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale, both verbally and visually.
Participate as a contributor to an interdisciplinary team that includes creative leads, other designers, project management, business, and brand strategists.

Role Requirements

5+ years of experience in web, app, and products experience.
Solid and flexible skills in visual design and interaction design.
Knowledge of user interface design processes and methodology, mainly applied to Web, Apps design.
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Principle, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
Experience designing motion graphics with Adobe After Effects is a major plus.
Knowledge of capabilities and limitations of Web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, Flash, and CSS.
Experience with Webflow or another no-code web builder.
Bachelor's degree in graphics design, interaction design, fine arts, or a related design discipline.
